Jalapeño Cheese Chicken Enchiladas: Ingredients: - 2/3 cup Hoosier Hill Farm Jalapeño Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix - 2 cups of water - 2 cups shredded cooked chicken - 10 tortillas (Taco Size) - 1 cup shredded cheese - 4 ounce can of diced green chiles - 1 tsp Salt - 1 tsp pepper - Adobo Seasoning

Prep: 15 min | Cook: 25 min | Yield: 6 servings

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray 9"x 13" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
